These SMS Messaging Terms govern the text messaging program operated by Iron Oak Defense LLC ("Iron Oak Defense," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Iron Oak Defense. You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. This program is available only to mobile numbers in the United States.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and the services you have with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Iron Oak Defense does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send or receive. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out by emailing support@ironoakdefense.com or calling (305) 538-2600. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or phone contact, and does not affect the services we provide to you.

This program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and MVNOs. Carrier support may change without notice.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions, and cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on text messaging to report an emergency or an urgent security incident — call (305) 538-2600 instead.
Tell us promptly if your mobile number changes or is deactivated so we do not send messages intended for you to someone else. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your failure to notify us of a change.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service platforms and messaging providers, is permitted solely so those providers can help us deliver the messages you asked for. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
